What will an AP Administrator do?

• Manage payables associated with day to day business operations

• Schedule cleaning

• Make daily bank deposits

• Assist with tracking and processing warranty cancellations

• Assist with month-end procedures

• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

What makes someone a great fit for the role?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Google Drive or similar software.

• Attention to detail and accuracy with the handling of forms, documents and forms of identification.

• Prior experience working in an accounting or similar position in an automotive dealership required.

• Prior experience with Tekion, or other automotive DMS systems preferred.

• Passionate about helping people and working with people
